Require Bachelor’s degree in public administration, finance, planning or a related field; prefer Master’s Degree with at least 5 years municipal experience and at least 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Desire a strong background in budget development/finance; community development and planning; human resources; intergovernmental relations and cultivating positive and productive relationships with the village board, staff and community members. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity; a strong work ethic (commitment to public service); open and positive communication skills and possess a team building approach in addressing community issues and problems.
